I consider this weight maintaining. Considering all the crap I've been eating all week for my birthday, I'm doing extremely well.

A few more days to flush out the salt, water, and oil retention weight, and I should be back on track. ^_^
132.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
