W00T 178.8!! First time out of the 180s since I packed on the pounds!! BMI 29.8, first time below 30 since I found out what it was in January, when I learned about Calorie Counter!! Adding info about BMI to refer back to and to help others:

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.

Pounds and inches Formula: weight (lb) / [height (in)]2 x 703
Calculate BMI by dividing weight in pounds (lbs) by height in inches (in) squared and multiplying by a conversion factor of 703.

Example: Weight = 150 lbs, Height = 5'5" (65")
Calculation: [150 ÷ (65)2] x 703 = 24.96

Kilograms and meters (or centimeters) Formula: weight (kg) / [height (m)]2
With the metric system, the formula for BMI is weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared. Since height is commonly measured in centimeters, divide height in centimeters by 100 to obtain height in meters.

Example: Weight = 68 kg, Height = 165 cm (1.65 m)
Calculation: 68 ÷ (1.65)2 = 24.98

BMI Weight Status
Below 18.5: Underweight
18.5 – 24.9: Normal
25.0 – 29.9: Overweight
30.0 and Above: Obese

Currently feeling: Happy! Under 180, woot! Although the fact that I've had to re-type this 4 times due the slow save FS does which I accidently bypassed, and accidentally hitting a button to bring up another webpage...made me grr, and kinda ruined my happy moment. ;p
Oh yeah, woke up with a start because of a disturbing dream about my Navy friends going to jail and something about verbal abuse that wasn't directed to me. Not too happy about all that...
Overall throughout the day: Had an exceptional day! Caught up with all homework during breaks between classes (although I wish I wouldn't have had to sacrifice lunch with my love), sat in on an Anatomy & Physiology class to see what my best friend teaches, feel great about my Algebra Test, got my Bio Lab Report moved to the following week (so I have more time for my Humanities Midterm, and had a fantastic workout with my sister at the gym (cardio + kickboxing) then relaxed and revitatlized in the steam room (LOVE!)...best day in a long time! <3

One little tip when journaling and having problems saving: Copy your text first, before submitting the journal. That way you can easily paste it back in, should FS fail on you. :)
