I need some pointers on ways to maximize my weight loss...PLEASE

Ok start slowly: for now no salty, sweet, greasy stuff. Yes it covers a lot of our fave foods but all these are killing you. Instead try teas (no sugar maybe a low cal sweetner), black coffe no sugar, no cream or milk maybe a low cal sweetner, water (not the flavoured type just plain water). Prepare you own meals with little or no oil, when you eat out stick to salads with no bread or croutons and no dressing whatsoever. Yes they're all an acquired taste but after 30 days you will realise how salty and oily fries are. Right i can't even stand the smell of pizza lol.

Oh lawd!!! That's gonna hard as heck! But I have to make necessary changes. I was born in Haiti, but grew up in the states...
