My husband's birthday-had cake-lots of it!
Oh well, can't see it go to waste, but at least we didn't devour it over a couple days, it took the whole week! I also made some apple bars, I just had a craving because it is fall. I used whole wheat flour and they turned out delicious! I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I started getting more of an exercise routine, I am trying to do 20 minutes of Pilates every night after the kids go to bed. I just feel like I need to be toned, I have some "jelly-like" spots still around my legs and tummy!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well a little splurge once in a while, as long as you get back on track and remember to do a little exercise. You're doing so great, keep up the good work!! :)
