Wow, so happy, .8 lbs from my goal! What will I reward myself with? I was gonna eat my regular meal from the Mexican restaraunt, but I bet it is like 1500 calories or something crazy! I think I will have a margarita instead, but include it in my diet! Yay me!
130.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you should eat that regular meal. You deserve it. Just make sure it's only that one, but enjoy it!!!

Hey! That is awesome how quickly you lost the weight!Congrats!!! Good for you... I am 5 ft 7" approx... so that's not bad, I don't think that I will modify my goal weight anymore, 130 lbs should be fine. Toning the body at the gym & healthy food is the best combination to stay healthy and good looking! You know wxactly how it feels to lose the weight, how GOOD it feels.. better than anything can taste! I am being bad lately because of this season and eating really a lot of sweets, but I am still exercising and eating all the rest healthy! So I should be good. Good work on stopping smoking, that's a big achievement. Wishing you all the best for X-Mas!!
