I have been encouraged to write in and share my journal. It is hard as I don't want to accept what I weigh which makes it even harder to share it with others. I have gained and lost several times over the last 10 or more years and now my body doesn't want to let it go. I weigh more than I have in many years. I need it back off for my health and I feel better when I weigh less. I would like to take off at least 45 pounds, but am setting my goal at just 10 pounds at a time. It feels impossible to do when it is a large amount. I am also tired of taking off the same pound or two. I decided a few days ago that I really have no choice anymore and have to get it off and since then I have gotten a little off, I just don't want it to go back up like it usually does.
