I have lost 20 pounds on Weight watchers in the past. I have kept most of it off. The challenge for me is I loose more inches then weight b/c I am a runner and I have an active job. I get so discouraged by the pounds b/c the scale doesn't move as much as the tape measure. Any help here?????
