Not surprising. Well, surprising I didn't gain if anything. I'm just so hungry all the time. Starting another 6 week challenge at my gym to force me to add some structure to my meal planning and exercise schedule.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I love Gym Challenges - trainer holds me accountable and it helps me.
