So I picked up .3 which is disappointing, but I've also picked up better eating choices this week as well. Been on vacation so yhat also lends to binging more than normal. I'm happy with the progress and creating a better lifestyle. Reduced my sugar in coffee and tea and introducing more fruits and veggies. Which is much more healthier than going on extreme no food diets. Abd I'm literally feeling less fatter... so that's great. :)
218.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be disappointed!!!! You are still in learning and experimenting phase. Review your week, identify mistakes and wrong choices and aim to make the next week a better one.

Will try Leksie! @ BBO- only slightly disappointed. My eating habits have actually changed dramatically in the past two weeks. Reduced bread and frying food alot. So, I'm very happy and enjoying the journey. :)
