I didn't get all my designated exercise in Friday and Saturday, but I put together and held a yard sale. I would guess I walked at least two miles around my house gathering up items, cleaning out my garage and then after the yard sale I mowed my lawn. I was exhausted last night.

I'm still struggling to find the right combination of 50-25-25. I really want to figure out what to eat that will give me the protein without the fat. Even with breakfast today, I still got the fat, while trying hard to avoid it.

I'm proud of my wreight loss this week. It felt like I lost more than 3.5 pds, but I'm satisfied for my first week on this weight plan.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
