I took a few days off of Atkins earlier this week, but got back on track yesterday...I gained 5 lbs while off, but I'm already down 3 lbs today!
362.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1097 kcal Fat: 81.60g | Prot: 65.36g | Carb: 24.50g.   Lunch: cucumber, caesar dressing, tomato, romaine lettuce. Dinner: olive oil, crushed tomatoes, Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Cooked Spaghetti Squash. Snacks/Other: string cheese, Giant Beef Stick. more...
