Weeeeeeeeeeee yay for gaining another pound! Apparently that $#@$#ing sub did do it's magic, along with the magic kosher dill pickles. Thanks to the person that mentioned the sodium.

It's only strengthened my resolve. I've eaten 73 calories today. I won't eat more unless I have to, then it will be a shake only.

The weird thing is that I've lost waist size. How in the hell did that happen when I'm the same $#@$ing weight as when I started? Any ideas, anyone?

Will check in later tonight. Good new is that my stomach is constantly rumbling.... heheheh, up yours, stomach.

Don't eat TOO little, though, because then your body holds on harder to what you're trying to lose. It can't feel the threat of starvation. Feed yourself well but lightly. And yeah, sodium is killer!

You can lose fat and not see the scale move, especially if you do lower carb. Exercise can also help you go down in sizes with out seeing the scale move. Yea, starving yourself to make up for the day before can backfire on you. You can end up more hungry and binge. Get plenty of protein. It's the protein that really helps you lose the fat. Stay hydrated.

Listen to Elizabeth & Suzi! It's not healthy or productive to eat to little! Losinit calls the scales "idiot box" because it's not the only thing to watch when changing your eating habits. It took me too long to accept that and I made myself miserable. If you are losing inches that means you are doing it right! :D
