started logging food and counting calories on December 28th. Trying to stay below 1200 calories or more based on amount of calories burned via exercise.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
