Ok, I have been in ketosis during this stall. I drinking water and I am seeing great muscle development in my arms. I am still fat. I am thinking about switching to something else....I am drowning....
193.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hmm...you really aren't doing Atkins. I'm not surprised that you are stalled. You have virtually no vegetables in your diet. The MINIMUM amount of veggies that you are supposed to eat every day is 12-15 NET grams. You should have 20 NET carbs every day. As a result of getting no veggies, you are getting no fiber. The fiber is a very very important part of weight loss. Also, your calories are too low. You should be minimum of 1500 to 1800 calories per day. -Highly suggest that you go to the following site and do the lessons on the nutritional plan. http://community.atkins.com/all_courses.jsp With those simple changes, I'd expect your losses to pick up again.

I agree with the above, you also need veges at every meal... gone are the days of 3 cups of salad or 2 of salad and 1 of veges... you need to weigh veges too, cups are inaccurate due to the volume and shapes of veges. The figures above are correct. Join the Atkins forum at the above address, read the book and get updates at the forum, do Atkins properly and you will lose weight :) Linda
