Rckc's Journal, 04 January 2016

Well, that's a heck of a deal. Eat all of everything and gain weight, duly noted! This is the first time I have ever had to put "poorly". Not beating myself up, making it a learning experience. Would like to get to a point I can eat anything occasionally "in moderation" instead of sliding into "oh my god I ate the whole thing".
165.0 lb Lost so far: 110.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

AND look how much you've already lost! now you're much more about maintenance! Seeing your numbers, I think you must be superwoman!

There's definitely a balancing act to maintenance from what I recall/observe in others. Learning curve!

So now you know your weakness, and knowing is half the battle. Psst: don't let everyone tell you it's just "water weight" and that you'll lose it by drinking water for a week. Hogwash. You've lost 110 pounds before, you know what to do. Power on! You got this!

haha soon, maybe if i didn't eat anything and only water for a week i MIGHT lose a majority of it! No, it's sugar and carbs weight. And not going to the gym. Hated putting the gain in here BUT gotta be honest with myself and accountable. Will try to remember how AWFUL it feels cleaning up the aftermath!

It seem we have to learn the hard way sometimes. Darn it! Glad you are back on track. You'll do fine, we have confidence in you.
