Lack of results has led to lack of motivation. I guess that's pretty common. Also, work has me kind of depressed which just makes me want to sit on the couch and eat junk. Plus, It's really hard to stick to a "diet" with the holiday's around; I'm going out to dinner tonight, free pizza lunch tomorrow (luckily that doesn't really tempt me), free greasy breakfast Friday, free greasy lunch Monday, party for coworker's birthday Tuesday, etc. I haven't worked out in 5 days, yuck! Need to get back on track :(
131.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great! When you have so little to lose, it can take longer and be more difficult. Even if you maintain through the holidays, you are doing wonderfully.
