Ugh, officially starting 2016 heavier than I was 2 months ago. I feel so devastated. BUT... it's a fresh start. Unfortunately I still have booze and junk food to finish from last night.

Don't finish it - you'll only be carrying it with you on your body. ps - it all ends up in the same place anyway! Toss it out or give it away.
