The past two weeks with my mother-in-law at our house has added stress to my mind and my stress eating. I was not able to exercise or walk as I wanted to (and I thought that I could do some without the MIL knowing/watching) but I didn't as she always makes me feel judged, criticized, scrutinized, critiqued, etc. She had questions that did not need to be asked (i.e. "Do you walk on your treadmill?")

We finally took her to the airport this afternoon! Now, tonight, I can make this New Years Eve the final of my over eating.

Starting tomorrow, January 1, 2016, I will be on my Jenny Craig Diabetic plan. I plan on treating myself to a mini or a small DQ Blizzard on Feb 14. (A treat for staying strictly on the plan and losing weight). Sounds like a great plan to get back to losing and off this plateau of my weight up and down. I hope by May 2016 I will be at my goal weight.
