I seem to have lost my motivation to seriously lose weight. Since I've lost 20 pounds I feel so much better that I'm just kind of content with the weight I am at. I'm also feeling that I need to really restrict what I eat if I want to lose another twenty pounds--and I don't know if I am ready to do that right now. Help!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Baby sets are best. Feeling restricted is never good. Have you looked at the recipes on this site? I have found some that I really like. Try thinking healthier foods. Whole grains and lots of fruit and veggies. Don't forget the water! I'm doing the GI diet (and I lost 6lbs in a week and a half), it encourages really healthy foods and honestly I don't think I have eaten this well in a very long time. ;)
