Baby sets are best. Feeling restricted is never good. Have you looked at the recipes on this site? I have found some that I really like. Try thinking healthier foods. Whole grains and lots of fruit and veggies. Don't forget the water! I'm doing the GI diet (and I lost 6lbs in a week and a half), it encourages really healthy foods and honestly I don't think I have eaten this well in a very long time. ;)
