It's been 2 weeks since my last weigh in and I have been up and down within the same 3 lbs. This is because I have been a little lax on my eating. I have had more processed carbs than during the time I dropped 10 lbs. I have also had a LOT less veggies. I would eat crappy snacks at lunch out of the machine cause I wanted something crunchy, but have not done that the last 3 times (yay me!).
Matt will be here tomorrow night and I'm going to ask him how he feels about salads and wraps...I HAVE to get more veggies in...have to. I hope that if I cut and prepare everything, and have a protein with it, he will be fine with it. Otherwise, I'm going to give him the bulk of the stuff I've been cooking and do salads/wraps for me.
I'm OK with the scale being the same as 2 weeks ago. It's shown me that I have to work for what I have lost through food and exercise and that I'm so very proud of myself when I do. And I know Monday's workout was great cause I was SO sore yesterday! I was kinda worried that I would still be sore today, but I knew that another night of sleep would fix everything and it did. So gotta get all my stuff ready for work in a few so when I get back from Swing This, I can shower, dress, do makeup and hair, throw my food in a bag and get to work by 9. I have to be precise today because the school right behind ST starts at 8, and leaving before that is a pain with all the kids walking around. So if I stay till 8, I get extra workout time and don't have to deal with kids, but have to make sure I can get to work by 9 (so I don't get in trouble).
