Last week had a minor break through with a 3 pound loss, which encouraged me and elated me. To get more than half way through the holidays and loose amazing. However this week even though I have been more active with moving fur nature and really cleaning the whole house even better, I had a gain of a pound. I did fail to drink my water correctly as I was busy. But I didn't miss any meals either. I can try to tell myself it is muscle gain due to I have had a week of sore muscles due to the nature of my activity. Or is it actually fat? I will not dwell on it, onwards we trudge to fight and eventually win! 🎽🏋🏼🏋🏼🚶🏻🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴
