Looks like I gained weight again. ONLY WHEN YOU ARE DIETING can you so quickly gain back all you have fought for so valiantly for so long! Another fact that leads me to think most of this is in your head ... or in other words ... "PSYCHOLOGICAL." Good grief, if ONE DAY of not counting precisely as possible all I have eaten (or drank) can cause me this much wight gain, why am I doing this? Three pounds - sheesh! Well, at least I am not over 200 yet (again).
196.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 10.5 lb a week

It could just be water weight.

Big jumps in weight are water. You would need to overeat by about 10500 cals to put on 3 lbs of fat. My weight can vary as much as 6 lbs in a day. Don't sweat it and hang in there.
