Gutted don't understand why I am not loosing weight I am excercising enough to burn off more than I eat so why?
Grrrrrr so dissapointed! I think I might cut down to 2000calories a day and see if that makes a difference.
Night time eating still a problem!
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i don't know for sure but i just went to a nutrionist i was in same situation she actually told me i was not eating enough body was in starvaton mode now i am 185 and 5'8" for non workout day 1800 cals workout days 2300 now i have lost another couple of pounds it seems to have jumpstarted my metabolism
