I'm going to have to increase my activity in order to get my weight down...I've been following my Dash Diet, but seems I've plateaued...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 December 2015:
470 kcal Fat: 11.59g | Prot: 39.20g | Carb: 51.22g.   Breakfast: Dasani Bottled Water (20 oz), Toasted Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Lunch: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Dannon Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Hard-Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other: Starbucks Skinny Hazelnut Latte (Grande). more...

Increasing activity is usually never a bad thing, but you and I have different definitions of 'plateau' because losing nearly a pound isn't in in my book! ;) Seriously, don't be too hard on yourself -- that's a GREAT loss (especially for this time of year) and slow/steady is so much better (and bodes well for successful maintenance)!
