I weight this morning and I lost 7 more lbs!!! I just can t believe it!!!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I eat a very low cal meal a day after a fast of 24 hours.

way to go! Make sure you are eating only natural fresh foods and not calorie rich and processed (c.r.a.p.)!

I was being nosy to see how you lost so much weight and noticed that you are only eating 600 calories a day. That is not healthy at all you need to eat at least 1200 calories. I hope you reconsider your intake for your own health.
