Have been on a same weight for too long. Saw an amazing documentary about Prof Tim Noakes and have decided to do Banting Full Tilt, no cutting corners to see if this might be the answer to my problem.
I did the half banting thing a year ago and had mild results. Doing it the right way without playing around.....let's see what happens! Day 1 of Banting starts today!
