Well a loss of weight is not really what I was expecting for this week. I have been eating plenty enough to add some lean mass, and it feels like I am starting to plateau. I will give this the remainder of the 4 weeks to see if my gains can pick back up or i may have to switch my program and shift away from this minimalist approach.
