December 1st! Starting anew!

Unhappy I let myself get above 150 lbs (even if only 3lbs, because that's how it starts!), so I've adjusted my new goal weight to 135 lbs. New goal, refreshing the body, making myself accountable! Here goes! 😁
153.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! I've done the same, up to around 155 - 157 earlier this year, right now down to around 148 - 149 lbs. My goal weight is also 135, I've seen it before a few years ago & want to see it again; and stay there this time! December is the worst month for dieting, I'm just trying to maintain the weight loss & not overeat too much, but come January LOOK OUT!

urgh your tellin me. I was 147 a year and a half ago. Now I am 150 and struggling to stay below 150. about 3 years ago I was 120 yikes! cant believe I gained as much as i did lol
