i am 54
sick of yoyo dieting .
I drive a bus all day so putting weight on comes easy .Shame taking it off is not as easy lol.
I now enjoy swimming and cycling as my exercise regime since hitting 50 my joints dont like the more high impact stuff . My aim is to to stay fit n healthy well into retirement
