This is the first I time that have gained, but I am not too upset about it (especially since it is only a half a pound). I would have liked to have been more diligent about my eating habits over the holidays, but I don't regret enjoying my holiday. I did, however, exercise like crazy all week long. My plan is to get right back on track and get myself prepared for Christmas dinner.
266.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

good for you….should never have complete deprivation. Try a very low carb day or 2 with extra water, this will kick start your metabolism and rid yourself of extra fluid!

A half pound isn't a problem at all, it's good you enjoyed the holiday. Just get back to plan as you've said, you're doing great.
