Well day 2 after the "EVENT" is always critical, doing fine, Probably would have done even better if I don't go do Mexican food for dinner....9 Carbs in just FIVE tortilla chips???? that sucks! for 9 carbs i am going to have a BEER!! stuck to fajitas had them throw a fried egg on top and passed on the Tortillas, rice and beans.... and the Shot of Patron Silver was the PERFECT desert clearly worth the 65 Cals and NO CARBS!... going to hit today hard though!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
