Maddog-'s Journal, 27 November 2015

Well it went as expected and the weight gain overnight was not to bad , considering how many beers and alcohol i consumed. It was the best i EVER did at the table focusing on all the meats and Teeney portions of the veggies and did not touch the starches, the weight is exactly where i was on Wed. so i am okay.
237.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yea Draglist almost like a moral victory being exactly where you were the day before thanksgiving, sort of feels like the Monster came and went and we are still alive, i must admit some of the TEENY portions I ate Tasted WAY too good! Thanks HCB!!
