He wont come back. I didn't even do anything. I ate a huge meal yesterday, but was so stressed I couldn't keep it down. I didn't take it off my food chart thing, though..
142.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
