In January when I weighed close to 300 pounds I thought a goal of weighing 230 was so ambitious that I would never see it.

It's taken almost 10 months but getting here feels even more amazing than I imagined. The amazing thing is that I love what I eat.

I've moved my target and set a new goal. I never in a million years thought I would do that!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have the ability to see it through,amazing how a far reaching goal can get closer a little bit at a time and eventually it's there in front of us to grasp.the funny part is when it is front of you it still is a surprise!
