I am 25 years old and married with two children (4 & 2) I enjoy couponing, playing outside and shopping!

I decided to start on the Atkins because I want to lead a healthier lifestyle for my children. My kids are both excellent health eaters- will throw a tantrum in the grocery store for cottage cheese & bananas over cookies and Fruity Pebbles! But what kind of hypocrite was I? Not anymore!

My goal is to lose another 100 pounds, and hope to do that in the next year!

Net Carbs
You just subtract the fiber content from the total carbs to get net carbs Smile For example, if something has 11 g of carbs, but 5 g of fiber- it has 6 net carbs Smile

If you want your food diary to show net carbs with foods you enter, simply go to your food diary- then click Edit Preferences- scroll to the bottom and check the box near net carbs.
