I started at a weight of 174 on Nov 18th...I walk every day at least 50 min and walk & jog on the weekends. I follow the Dash diet fundamentals, but I plan to officially begin the Phase 1 portion of the diet (2 weeks) Nov 30th and not stray from it. Then I'll begin the 2nd phase. I've been losing fat since eating healthier and joining 'The 5 pounds in 5 weeks' challenge. It motivates me to linger to long on thoughts of pizza and taco's....lol. I do occasionally have something I really like, like apple pie, but I have a couple of bites and I'm satisfied. My blood pressure has improved dramatically (from 200/130 to lately 117/95--I know its not just the medication my doctor prescribed, but the me getting up and moving and changed my diet. I feel better about myself and look forward to continuing my healthy lifestyle.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice goals. Remember it takes the brain about 20 minutes to tell you that you are not hungry after eating. Drink water when you think you are hungry or brush your teeth. This might train you to not think you are hungry. Try detox waters like lemon and apple cider vinegar. Go to Pinterest and search detox drinks. Follow me if you want.
