I found an awesome web site that has terrific weigh loss tools and calculators http://www.health-calc.com/diet/weight-loss-calculator They had a form for tracking your daily energy expenditure (keeping track of what you do in a 24 hour span in 30min intervals) Initially I used their tool based on what I thought I did daily and it calculated that have 14 hours of doing nothing time...which I know cant be the case. So i'm going to track what I do starting tomorrow.
