actually woke up feeling hungry this has never ever happened before ...i must be eating a litle less than i used to somehow

remember to wash my apples(before putting in bowl) they are number 1 on the dirty dozen list.....or buy organic
219.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
