Pretty happy with that... only 600 grams to go to my second mini goal! Hope everyone is doing well :)
199.7 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Mamma, wish I had better news for you... I purchased some duty free on the way through and some of that was Toblerone chocolate... a flavour that you can only get duty free - crushed corn ... OMG so if you can imagine my colleagues and I had a bit on the flight there, but then it remained with me in the hotel room. Receipe for disaster! then that night I went to bed early after having a healthy grilled steak while I was out and about. The following day, I decided to try the buffet. BIG MISTAKE. I thought I would be able to have just some eggs, or omelette and bacon... Well the buffet was amazing and I caved in a bit. I thought - ok, no problem, I just won't eat anything else for the day... BIG MISTAKE. I went swimming in the gigantic resort pool, and then I went into Seminyak to do some shopping. On the way back from Seminyak, I started feeling hungry. really hungry. so I thought I would have my protein shake for dinner. Yes, good in theory. I ended up ordering room service of Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice with egg and chicken) I just shrugged and thought, ok, well obviously, this is my cheat day for the week... So no good. Yesterday I was in Perth, and I had a good day - I stuck to the food I was meant to eat. I am in damage control now that I am back home. My weight wasn't great this morning, but I am also expecting a visit from TOM, so that pushes my weight a bit higher too. I will just do what I can - and hope that I will get below 90 by the end of the week at least.

So as you can see, I made a few big mistakes while I was there, but hopefully the damage will be undone in the coming days... 2 steps forward.. 3 steps backwards :( How are you doing? I have been stalking your progress too! How did you go with the family party you had? Which state are you in?

Hi Angelica, Im in Perth and did think of asking you if you were interested in doing an exercise class together here. Wasn't sure if it was appropriate? I go to a great gym that has real people that work there and members. If you think you would like to do that please let me know when you are next here, no biggie either way. Now for what you have been doing. We have all done it, plenty of times. Didn't kill us. So over now, you sound like you are back in the right place. If not get yourself there!! I know you can. Maybe try get a bit more exercise. You don't know what you are capable of until you do it. I have done ok so far calorie ways but not protein ways. Very difficult but trying the best I can do. Was a bit annoyed scale didn't go down, tomorrow's another day. Hang in there :)

Hi Mamma! I am in Perth a few times a month as I work for Virgin as cabin crew. Are you far from the city? Perhaps we could meet up for a coffee one day! I am back to normal for now, and I am going through marital issues, so I am eating even less than I have been, as I have lost my appetite (which is not a bad thing) and I am hoping still to be under or as close to 90 kgs as possible before the end of November. I know that Tuesday is December 1, so I need to record my weight tomorrow - I would love to be under but being realistic about things, I think I might still be a couple of hundred grams over. This week I will start walking a bit more - I would like to be 87.5 by end of December, so I need to do it by Christmas - as I can't imagine it coming off anytime after Christmas (being a big loud hungry Italian family!!! LOL) You are powering through - I noticed your 4 kg weight loss too! That is awesome! What programme are you following or are you counting calories? I am trying to follow the LCHF diet (low carb high fat) and I have lost about 6 kgs since September 21 (so just over 2 months) - better than putting it on! Ok so onward and down ward for both of us! Have a great Sunday night

Hi Angelica. I live in Fremantle so yes I would love to catch up for a coffee. I work Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoon/ evening in a medical centre close to my place.. Relationships are often hard. I tend to eat my feeling. so I'm pleased you are not the same. glad you are back on track as so am I. try and keep your protein up as you may slow your metabolism down if you drop to much to quick. Have a good day, try and go for a walk. We can do this together
