My weigh in, is an guestimate ... I actually have to get myself a pair of scales one of these days.Will do the round of some thrift shops tomorrow.

Baked myself some slow bread .... 300 grams of all purpose flour / about 200 ml of water, teaspoon of salt,tablespoon of sugar,2 drops of oil on kneading hook and 1/4 packet of dry yeast and a dash of lemon juice. Put the fluids, sugar, salt in the bread machine ... dumped flour on top and yeast on that. Used kneading only and took it out and placed in a round baking tray. Left it for at least 12 hrs. Baked in hot air oven at 250 C for 15 minutes, sprayed some water into oven gave it another 5 minutes then turned oven to 170 C for another 15. Took bread out of tray and then baked the bottom for another 10 whilst spraying some more water. This makes the bread nice and crusty. Tastes fine and provides me with 'diet' bread without all the fats usually put in normal bread by bakeries to prolong the freshness.
