Mondays are the Keys days for Me, how do i do from Monday to Monday, Lost 6.6 pounds! 6 straight days under 240, now its time to get to work on 235!
237.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
