Running a 5k in a week. Never thought in my entire life I would be a runner. This is a milestone for me.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

All the best with your upcoming 5km. Andro81..know you gonna kick butt. we will all be thinking of you:-)they say running is addictive...before you know it you will conquering 10kms and half marathons. Mannymove, what do you mean by its still one of your biggest fears?
