Really was hoping to hit the 170's today but the scale was stuck on 180! 3 pounds last week so I knew this might happen but really working hard to get to the 170's and I doubt Thanksgiving will make that possible this week but who knows.

Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
