Oatmeal is my new favourite food.Keeps me fuller for longer. It gives me so much energy during my spinning class.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week
