I have gone months without going to the gym or paying much attention to what I've been eating... surprisingly enough, I have only gone up about 3lbs, which is great... so perhaps I've learned a bit of a lesson in eating properly? Who knows... either way, I went back to the gym on Saturday for my first time in 5 months - weighed myself that day for my first time in just as long. I will start going back to the gym again, even if it's not as often as I had been going before :)
I'm having a great day (for a Monday at least)
