Yay! I finally feel like I've lost something substantial on this diet. Think it was because I took a two hour nap yesterday and slept eight hours last night. And I just wasn't that hungry yesterday. I'm really loving tuna right now :)
233.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
