I haven't been loosing as much weight on this diet as my friends, but I think I need more sleep. I wasn't hungry this morning. Maybe I'll stop eating as much and lose weight that way because I'm just not hungry. I'm going to be by 9:30 tonight.
234.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
