Ooh Eh Eh!!! This Diwali was great with lots of yummy treats which meant lots of carbs and sugar!

Here's some of what I ate over the last 2 days :


It was a nice break from my weight loss journey and I gained 4.4kg in weight. Not stressing at all about the weight gain since I know I can lose it. Getting back on track from today to get back into weight loss state :)
252.2 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1082 kcal Fat: 39.05g | Prot: 40.43g | Carb: 145.92g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, Nescafe Classic, Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk. Lunch: Lancewood High Fat Double Cream Yoghurt, Bananas, Peanuts, Granny Smith Apples. Dinner: Coca-Cola Coke Zero, Mutton Biryani. Snacks/Other: Nescafe Classic, Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk. more...
gaining 9.7 lb a week

Ibiza122 you are 100% correct! lol! The Burfee is on the bottom left corner. My sister made them blue in colour. They all were worth the 4.4kg gain :D But I suspect most of the weight is food that is still digesting.

LoL i wish i had that plate right about now....I swear burfee will be the death of me :x i cant get enough of that stuff
