I'm proud of myself.

I'm just so proud of myself.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

thanks guys! The only tips I have are to stay determined and that its okay to slip up sometimes. (that, and I just don't eat bread/white pasta/white rice or drink soda/juice anymore) I'm not the best at the whole "dieting" thing, but I don't punish myself when I mess up. I'm just taking it slowly and I'm happy with every small achievement.
