Between a pretty high calorie breakfast Sunday and drinking lots of water.. it is what it is. Still working to be 190 by Thanksgiving.

1. "hunger" cravings came back today a little.. caused by big burger and high sugar breakfast? Just need to hammer through.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
